11 minutes of daily exercise helps to reduce the risk of mortality

A study published in British Journal of Sports Medicine, has suggested that 1 in 10 deaths could be avoided by engaging in 11 minutes of exercise. Attaining the recommended 150 minutes per week can help lower the risk of developing heart disease and stroke by 17% and cancer by 7%.
