The European Society of Endocrinology (ESE) and European Society of Paediatric Endocrinology (ESPE) recognise the importance of transition from paediatric to adult care across numerous Endocrine conditions.
In an effort to improve the pathway from paediatric to adult care in patients with endocrine conditions, both societies are embarking on a joint project on transition that will consider developing guidance, educational programmes and support new research amongst the Endocrine community.
A first aim of this project is to gain a more extensive understanding of the current state of transition and transition pathways across European healthcare.
Help to further care of patients in the pathway from paediatric to adult care by completing this short survey, which should take no longer than 5 minutes. The deadline to submit your response is Sunday 5 March.
