We want to support our members and colleagues in the endocrine community as best we can through the current crisis. We understand that your attention is necessarily elsewhere right now as you support your colleagues, patients, students, institutions and families.

We will continue to work as usual as far as possible, and have put the following measures in place to help support you:

We have postponed Endocrine Academy due to take place next month, including Clinical Update, Endocrine Nurse Update and Career Development Workshop
Society committee meetings until the end of May will take place by teleconference or be postponed, in consultation with those involved
We are setting up a webpage for clinicians to share their updated protocols for managing patients specifically through the Covid-19 crisis
We will build in additional flexibility for applications to our grant and award programmes over the coming months to ensure that no-one is disadvantaged

Our Bristol office will be temporarily closed from Wednesday 18 March. We have everything in place to ensure our teams can work from home effectively with minimal disruption.

Please email us if there is anything else the Society can do to support you and the endocrinology community at this time; we will do our very best to respond to your needs.
