Omega-3 rich Walnuts could help combat academic related stress

An Australian study suggests a link between consuming walnuts - which are high in omega-3 fatty acids, antioxidants and melatonin - and lower levels of academic stress which include depression and sleep quality. The findings, which are published in Nutrients, saw more improvements in female students.
