Sprinters banned from Tokyo Olympics due to high testosterone levels

Two Namibian sprinters, Christine Mboma and Beatrice Masilingi, have been banned from competing in the women's 400m at the Tokyo Olympics due to naturally high testosterone levels. This is in accordance with the World Athletics' policy on Athletes with Differences of Sex Development, introduced in 2018.
