Body fat percentage more reliable than BMI for obesity indicator

Israeli scientists have found that many people with a normal BMI, . In the largest study of its kind, 38.5% of women and 26.5% of men were identified as 'obese with normal weight'. The research, published in Frontiers in Nutrition, concludes that body fat percentage is a more accurate indicator of obesity than BMI.
