Earlier mealtimes may reduce cardiovascular disease risk

Research presented in Nature Communications identifies optimal times to eat breakfast and dinner to lower cardiovascular disease (CVD) risk. The study found that 8am is the best time to consume breakfast, with a 6% increased risk of CVD every hour after, and 8pm is the optimal time to eat dinner, with a 28% increased risk of stroke in people eating at 9pm.
