Link between irregular sleep patterns and weight gain among youths

According to a study published in Hypertension, irregular sleep patterns among young adults – including late nights in the week and lie-ins on the weekend - may be linked to weight gain, high blood pressure, obesity and adverse cardiovascular outcomes.
