New treatment for endometriosis moves to trials in the UK

British researchers suggest that dichloroacetate, a potential non-hormonal and non-surgical endometriosis treatment, is proving promising as it moves to clinical trials in the UK. Endometriosis affects around 1.5 million women in the UK, and often results in debilitating pain.
