UK approves new ground-breaking drug to treat menopause symptoms

A non-hormonal menopause drug that has been proven to prevent hot flushes and regulate temperature in menopausal women has been approved for use in the UK. Veoza, also known as fezolinetant, will be available privately on prescription from 5 January 2024, with applications for use on NHS being made currently.
