ADA advises screening all patients with Type 2 Diabetes for Fatty Liver Disease

The American Diabetes Association (ADA) has updated its clinical guidance on screening Diabetes patients for comorbidities. The guidance, published in Standards of Care in Diabetes—2023, now advises universal screening of people with type 2 diabetes and prediabetes for Fatty Liver Disease.
