Women’s careers and wellbeing negatively impacted by menopause symptoms

A new study, published in Mayo Clinic Proceedings, has found that women suffering with menopause symptoms including hot flashes and insomnia suffer with their careers. The research also suggests that menopausal symptoms have cost the US economy an annual $1.8 billion.
