Postmenopausal hormone therapy exceeding ten years may protect from dementia

Postmenopausal estrogen-based hormone therapy lasting longer than ten years was associated with a decreased risk of Alzheimer's disease in a large study published in Neurology. A different perspective on the same study was included in the News Alert dated 16 February 2017.
